Important Important Instructions regarding Preliminary Examination of Gujarat Administrative Service Class - 1 and Gujarat Civil Service Class - 1 and Class - 2 and Gujarat Municipal Chief Officer Service Class - 2 by GPSC
GPSC ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICE CLASS 1 AND CIVIL SERVICE CLASS 1-2/ MUNICIPAL CHIEF OFFICER CLASS 2 EXAMS IMP NOTE
The Preliminary Examination is to be held on 64-10 sub-centers in 32 districts of the state on 13-10-2019. Question paper - 1 (general study - 1) will be taken from 10 to 1 in the morning and question paper - 2 (general study) between 3 and 6 in the afternoon. Thus the duration of both the question papers will be 3 - 3 hours. The following specific instructions are given to the candidates who appear for the exam.
1. Candidates will be admitted to the examination hall for half an hour before the start of the examination ie at 9:30 am for Question Paper-1 and for Question Paper-2 at 2:30 pm. To sit in the examination room within the membership limit. Candidate should take a seat on his own seat number. Admit card 9am on 5/3/3. Can be downloaded for up to 2 hours. After that, no candidate will be able to download the admit card.
2. Candidates are not required to carry anything other than a pen for admission letter and text such as mobile, calculator or any other kind of electronics gadget. If any candidate is caught with any of the above equipment then his / her candidature will be revoked and as per rules of the Commission, future recruitment by the Commission as part of disciplinary proceedings will also be disqualified.
3 Candidates will be given only one answer sheet (OMR) for one question paper. The printed number and the candidate's seat number are the same as on the answer sheet, to verify the candidate. Carefully follow the instructions given by the Investigator on receipt of admission. After receiving the OMR sheet, it is necessary to carefully study and sign the candidate along with his / her name, seat number, series of question papers, city name of the examination center, date of examination and date of birth etc.
