Eligibility Criteria
- Nationality: Indian citizen or as per government norms.
- Age (as on 01 Aug 2025): 20–30 years; age relaxations applicable (SC/ST, OBC, PwBD, etc.).
- Education & Experience: Graduation + minimum 18 months’ experience as Officer in PSB/RRB.
- Language: Proficiency in local state language is mandatory.

Pay Scale & Benefits
- JMGS-I Pay Scale: ₹48,480 – ₹85,920 (approximately)
- Perks: DA, HRA (or accommodation), CCA, Medical, LTC, terminal benefits
- Probation: 6 months
- Service Bond: 3 years (bond amount approx. 3 months’ gross salary)
