You'll earn one Heart Point for each minute of moderate activity, such as increasing the pace while walking your dog, and double points for more intense activities, such as running. It takes just 30 minutes of brisk walking five days a week to reach the AHA and the WHO recommended amount of physical activity has been shown to reduce the risk of heart disease, improve sleep, and enhance overall mental health.

Track your workouts from your phone or watch
Get instant information on when you exercise and see real-time statistics for your runs, walks and bike rides. Fit will use your Android phone's sensors to record your pace, speed, route, etc. or the heart rate sensor of a Google smartwatch via Wear OS.

View your daily progress on the target of your heart points and steps. Meeting your goals all the time? Easily adjust your goals to keep challenging yourself to have a healthy heart and mind.
Count all your activities
If you walk, run, or bike all day long, your Android phone or Google smartwatch's OS will automatically detect and add your activities to your Google Fit Journal to make sure you keep track of every step. get credit for Want Extra Credit? Turn up the tempo on your walk by starting a fast walking workout and working your way up to the beat. Enjoy a different type of workout? Choose it from a list of activities like Pilates, rowing or spinning, and Google Fit will track all the Heart Points you've earned.

Fit can show you information from many of your favorite apps and devices to give you a holistic view of your health, so you'll never lose track of your progress.
