MOIL Limited has released an official recruitment notification for the post of Select Grade Mine Foreman, Mine Foreman, Mine Mate, Blaster and Winding Engine Driver. MOIL Recruitment 2025 notification was released on 3 March 2025, and the online application process will be open from 4 March 2025 to 25 March 2025.

MOIL will be recruiting for various posts. The posts and their pay scales are given below:

Educational Qualification and Age Limit
Candidates for MOIL recruitment must fulfill the following qualifications and age limit:

Select Grade Mine Foreman : BE/B.Tech (Mining) + Proficiency Certificate or Diploma (Mining) + 3 years experience Up to 45 years
Mine Foreman : Diploma (Mining & Survey) + Certificate of Proficiency Up to 45 years
Mine Mate : SSC + Mine Mate Certificate + 3 years experience Up to 40 years
Blaster : SSC + Blaster Certificate + 1 year experience Up to 35 years
Winding engine driver : SSC + 1st Class Winding Engine Driver Certificate + 3 years experience Up to 40 years

Selection Process
Candidates will be selected for MOIL recruitment through the following stages:
- Online Exam (for Mine Foreman, Select Grade Mine Foreman, Mine Mate and Blaster)
- General Knowledge: 10 marks
- Reasoning: 10 marks
- Subject knowledge: 80 marks
- Trade Test (for Winding Engine Driver)
- Document verification and medical examination
