NISHTHA: National Initiative for Holistic Advancement of School Heads and Teachers

NISHTHA is a capacity building program for "Improving the Quality of School Education through Integrated Teacher Training". It aims to build competencies among all teachers and school principals at the elementary level. The functionaries (at state, district, block, cluster level) will be trained in an integrated manner on learning outcomes, school based assessment, learner-centred pedagogy, new initiatives in education, addressing the diverse needs of children through multiple pedagogy, etc. Will go It will be organized at the national and state level by forming National Resource Groups (NRGs) and State Resource Groups (SRGs) which will later train 42 lakh teachers. A robust portal/Management Information System (MIS) will also be incorporated for delivery of training, monitoring and support mechanisms along with this capacity building initiative.

Nishtha Taleem 3.0 for Primary Teacher: Gujarat Council of Educational Research and Training (GCERT) has released a new circular for Nishtha Online Taleem 3.0. This training should be undertaken by the class teachers and principals. 1 to 5 in primary schools of the state. The syllabus will be available in Gujarati, Hindi, English and Urdu medium. This training is likely to start from 1 October 2021.

The latest circular was issued regarding the participation of teachers in Nishtha online training. Last year the training was conducted across the state. In which many teachers were given face-to-face training. Due to Coronavirus this year loyalty training will be conducted through online mode on Diksha portal. Primary teachers who have not been trained in the previous year will have to attend this training. This training is going to start in Gujarat from 5th October 2020. Fidelity online training consists of eighteen courses.

The details about logging into Nishtha on the Diksha portal as well as filling the self-declaration form are given in the post below. To join the training, the teacher has to fill the self-declaration form on the portal by October 4, 2020. And you have to fill teacher code and school u dias code. The online training schedule is given below.

During this training, explanation will be given through BIG. The Bisag broadcast can also be seen on Vande Gujarat Channel-1 and Jio mobile app. For queries or difficulties during training, the teacher has to contact his/her CRC. The loyalty training certificate can be downloaded from the Diksha profile page after seven to fifteen days of completion of training.
