Good News for Government Jobs : Important decision of the Central Government for government jobs - No more interviews.

Appointments will be made on the basis of merit

The Central Government of India has recently come up with an innovative idea that government jobs will no longer be interviewed.  Appointments will be made on the basis of merit only

And this decision will apply to 23 states and 8 union territories of the country where interviews for government jobs will no longer be conducted.

The news is as follows in more detail.

The Central Government of India has taken this important decision regarding interviews in state government jobs.  Accordingly, interviews will no longer be conducted for state government jobs in 23 states and 8 Union Territories.

Informing about this, Union Minister Shri Jitendra Singh said that this important decision of the Central Government alone is not to be interviewed for state government jobs and appointments will be made only on the basis of merit.

Meaning that the interview practice is now over.

Although job interviews have not been conducted in Group B and D since 2016, now government job interviews have been abolished in 23 out of 28 states and 8 Union Territories including Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh.

Union Minister Jitendra Singh also said that the interview system for Group B and Group C posts in the Union government had been abolished since 2016.  According to him, Modi had talked about not giving interviews from Lalkilla in the year 2015 and giving jobs only on the basis of written examination.

Interviews in Group B and C jobs of the state government have been closed since 2016

It is pertinent to mention here that the interview system for Group B and Group C jobs was abolished from 2016 onwards, with Gujarat and Maharashtra accepting the rule very quickly, while all other states want to implement it soon.  Did not show.  But now the central government has accepted the system of not conducting interviews from exams in 23 states and 8 union territories and asked them to stop.

The question is why such a decision was taken?

So this decision has been taken only to bring transparency in the state government recruitment process.  In a central government statement, he said that bringing transparency in the recruitment process and deleting interviews would be very helpful for students who are preparing for competitive exams.

During the first recruitment process, Eva was often accused of manipulating job interview numbers and coming in and demanding large sums in return.  Now such allegations can be avoided.
