Gujarat Diploma Admission 2021
Due to the current epidemic similar to last year, the Gujarat State Government has decided to conduct a web-based Ad Online Admission Process for Grant-in-Aid and Unaided Candidates for the first year Diploma Engineering Admission after the 10th standard at the State Quota Seats of the Government. Management quota meetings were voluntarily surrendered by institutions as well as self-financed institutions for the admission year 2021-22. Candidates seeking admission will have to register online. No documents need to be submitted in person or verified. The whole process for admission is completely online.
(1) Candidates will be able to register Reg online at www.gujdiploma.nic.in from 17/06/2021 to 15/07/2021
(2) As part of the admission process, online registration through internet media is mandatory. Candidates can use mobile / computer / laptop / tablet. For detailed information regarding reg online registration process and other related details, a video link is available on the website: www.acpdc.co.in, which should be viewed.
(3) Registration For online registration process, the candidate has to fill in full details, upload the required documents and pay Rs.500 / - (non-refundable) as registration fee only on www.gujdiploma.nic.in through online mode. For any guidance, the candidate can contact the helpline number 079-26566000 (24X7).
(4) Registration For the convenience of online registration, Cyber Space-Center (from 11:00 am to 05:00 pm) is available at all the institutions participating in the Diploma Admission Process. A list of such organizations is available at www.acpdc.co.in. Following the Kovid-19 protocol such as Social Distance and following all such instructions of the government, candidates can register online in any such cyberspace-center if required.
(5) Further information regarding the forthcoming registration process will be made available periodically in the official website of the Committee and in the leading newspapers. Candidates are advised to visit the official website of the Committee (www.acpdc.co.in) regularly for the latest information and updates.

Eligibility for Diploma Admission 2021 for First Year Admission :
Candidates who have passed the standard 10 examination of Gujarat Secondary Examination Board or have passed at least 35% of the total OR.
Candidate who has passed NCVT / GCVT / IGTR standard 10 + two years valid certificate course or
Candidates who have passed the standard 10 course of NCVT / GCVT / IGTR + Std. 2 or more valid certificate course and standard 10 examination from GSEB or Open School or it is the same with Mathematics, Science, English and Gujarati.

Registration process for Diploma Admission 2021
- Visit the website www.gujdiploma.nic.in.
- Sign up with your name as per your permanent mobile number and email address as per 10th marksheet and create your user id and password.
- Login at www.gujdiploma.nic.in with your user ID and password
- Complete your profile details like personal information and contact details and upload your photo and birth certificate (see Table 1-1 for valid sizes and types of documents)
- On the dashboard, click the appropriate option to apply
- Verify and update personal information.
- Fill in the qualification details.
- Upload required documents and certificates (see Table 1-1 for valid sizes and types of documents)
- Verify all documents and details before submitting the form.
- Pay Pay Online fee after registration is completed.
- Wait for the verification officer to verify the documents. It may take a few days.
- Check your application status by counting the applications in the Admission Portal. If during the verification process you receive a query from the verification officer on your mobile and email, answer the query through the login portal, upload the required documents if asked in the query. If there are any queries left in your portal, you will not be able to get your merit number and you will not be able to participate in the admission process.
